Dr. Pearl Motkoski was born and raised in Edmonton. She completed her Bachelor of Science at the University of Alberta before earning her Doctor of Optometry from the Pacific University College of Optometry.
With nearly six years of experience since graduating in May 2020, Dr. Motkoski is deeply passionate about connecting with her patients and building meaningful professional relationships. Her favorite specialty within eye care is managing dry eye disease. During her time in optometry school, she was an active member of the Amigos organization, participating in mission trips to provide eye care in Belize in 2017 and Nicaragua in 2018.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Motkoski leads a very active lifestyle. Her hobbies include running (specifically trail running) as well as cross-country and downhill skiing, and reading. An avid cyclist, she is currently training for a 100km bike race this summer. Above all, she cherishes the time she spends with her partner and her large extended family.
